Job holder specifications:
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial institution
- Competencies (Personal Characteristics or Behavior):
- Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- Age between 25 – 35 years old
- Demonstrates significant assertiveness, strong leadership, discipline, service orientedand proactive
- Target oriented, problem solver, independent and dynamic person
