Key accountabilities:

• Held the responsibilities for obtaining new customers for housing loan (KPR)
• Maintaining good relationships with developer, property broker and the customer

Job holder specifications:

• Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage sales (with developer and property broker)
• Competencies (Personal Characteristics or Behavior):
  • Diploma degree (D3)
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Target oriented
  • Passed certified training for MBO
  • Good relationships with customer
  • Good relationships with developer and property broker
  • Having strong relationships and wide networking
  • Preferably has own vehicle
