Combining an ability to offer a service and product in our unique business segmentations to suit targeted customer segments with the discipline of specific profitability and risk management criteria and aim to ensure that customer needs are properly supported, viably and with full consideration of the inherent risks
Key accountabilities:
- Implements daily sales strategy, and follows up directions/suggestions given by its head in order to formulate such strategy
- Develops new business relationships and explores market opportunity with Customers of Corporate, Commercial and Financial Institution to increase Sales profit generation
- Follows up the implementation of bank’s strategy, which is related to Sales activity
- Advises its head and other officers of any changes which may effect decisions and planning in relation to maintaining customers effectively
- Contributes to set required policy and procedure which is related to Sales activities, and ensures all own deals/transactions are being executed properly according to the policy and procedure in place
Job holder specifications:
- Competencies (Personal Characteristics or Behavior):
- Male / Female
- University degree, possibility an MBA with 2-5 years experience
- Requires thorough knowledge of Business Practices and principles
- Good and active in English communication and writing
